Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once the order has shipped.

The Vault Plug currently offers U.S. shipping only.

Shipping delays may occur during holidays, severe weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

The Vault Plug is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
